Coverage now 20+ platforms
Six more platforms join the matrix—mainstream generative engines and AI search entries at home and abroad, plus emerging vertical assistants. DZOS now covers more than 90% of AI Q&A traffic entries in Chinese-language use.
Competitor benchmark board
Teams used to export spreadsheets to compare. 3.0 builds the board in-product: on the same intent set, your mention rate, first-recommend rate, and sentiment sit next to up to five competitors as time series—so you see the gap, and when you were overtaken.
Real-time negative-wording alerts
When an AI answer turns negative, states a factual error, or cites a high-risk source, the system pushes WeCom or email within 30 minutes, with a screenshot of the raw answer and the source link, so comms can step in the same day.
How to upgrade
Existing accounts are already on 3.0—no action needed. New entries sit in the left nav. To open the competitor board, ask your consultant to load the competitor list.
